The lifeskills class went from Thanksgiving meals to Christmas decorating! Yesterday they decorated their tree and got the "apartment" feeling festive!

Today the 3rd-graders learned about winter safety and then had a Thanksgiving feast in their classrooms!
Ms. Missling's Child Development class is learning about encouraging children to be creative and use their imagination. Today they made turkey crowns, read Turkey Trouble, and disguised our turkeys! Have a Happy Thanksgiving break!
The Life Skills Class made a simple Thanksgiving meal today with rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, buns and mixed vegetables!

Our middle school student council collected over 680 items for the Stuff-A-Truck food drive over the last couple of weeks! Thank you to all of our families who donated items to help those in our communities with their grocery needs!

Dordt University Girls Basketball Coach came today to sign one of our best. Olivia Harazin is a three sport athlete, in college Algebra, Band student with a 3.85 GPA and now a college athlete. Congratulations to her and her family and also to all her teammates and coaches who have helped to get to today's signing. This is a win-win for all.

National Junior Honor Society members hosted another fun and informational story time at the Lake Crystal City Hall this past Saturday! There will be a wrestlers, parents, and coaches meeting tomorrow night, Nov. 15th, at 6:00pm. This will be for any wrestlers 7-12th grade participating in the season.
