It’s important that each family completes the back-to-school verification process before the first day of school. Verification ensures that each student’s school has access to accurate emergency contact information and releases to ensure the safety of each student.

Even if families’ contact information has not changed, it’s important to log in to access a variety of other student information in the coming weeks, including class schedules and teacher assignments, attendance, school handbooks, progress reports and grades for middle and high school students.

The annual secondary open house will be Wednesday, August 27 from 3:30-5:30 pm. We invite all parents and families to our High School Open House before the school year begins! This is a great opportunity to meet your child's teachers, find their lockers, bring in any supplies if needed, and get familiar with the software programs we use in class. You’ll also have a chance to explore the building and ask any questions you may have to ensure a smooth start to the year.

In addition, we’re hosting a special meeting for 6th grade families from 4:30-5:30 pm the same evening. During this time, students can practice opening their lockers, meet all their teachers, and learn about the daily routines of 6th grade. It's a perfect way to ease any first-day jitters and get a preview of the year ahead!

Do you have a kindergarten student this year? Please join us between 5:30-7:00 pm to meet the teachers, explore the building, and get to know more about kindergarten!

Technology plays an important role in preparing students for life, and Chromebooks are utilized as a daily learning tool at LCWM.

As careful as students and schools are, accidents do happen each year - and hundreds of Chromebooks are returned at the end of the school year with damages. Optional Technology Protection Plans are available to families with students assigned a Chromebook. Families can opt-in when completing their back-to-school verification, and pay for the coverage in Infinite Campus.

Modifications require a completed diet modification request form signed by a licensed Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Clinical Nurse Practitioner, Osteopathic Dr. (D.O.) or Physicians Assistant (P.A.C.), and a parent or guardian.

Students must have a sports qualifying physical (valid for three years from the date of the exam) on file to participate in middle and high school athletic programs or may be picked up at your school’s community education or health office.

Join us for the annual Sports Meeting on July 27 at 6:30 pm in the Secondary Cafetorium! This is a one-time event held each year, where families can learn how to register, gather important paperwork for your athlete, meet and talk with coaches, and learn more about LCWM athletics.
