Here are this week's Noble Knights!

We had another great turnout at our PTO's Donuts with Dad! Thank you to Kevin's Market, Taher, Cub Foods West, POET, and all of our wonderful volunteers this morning!

K-3 and 5th-grade students had Vision & Hearing Screenings yesterday and today. Classes took turns walking over to the Baptist Church to have their vision and hearing checked. Thank you to our student volunteers for helping out, and Thank You Nurse Jess for setting this up!

Here are this week's Noble Knights! We are now picking 2 Noble Knights per grade/per week! Noble Knights this week were Eli Peterson, Maxen Doherty, Walter Johannes, Stefan Beck, Carter Boyd, McCoy Fultz, Adrienne Cornish, Mackenzie Stevensen, Pierce Nagel, Claire Hughes, Hazel Nibbe, Vivian Van Ort, Bentley Brackelsberg and Naomi Paul.
We have also started a new drawing of 2 Super Knights each month! Super Knights receive bigger prizes that are donated by Jason Lieske from Country Financial. Our Super Knights winners this month were Bella Medina and Briggs Jahnz. Bella received a large squishmallow and a unicorn camp chair. Briggs received a football and a large bag of M & M's! Thank you for donating these awesome prizes, Jason Lieske!

Those of you who vote by mail have likely received your ballots in the mail, or will be soon if you haven't!!
If you live within the LCWM district, you will see two questions on your ballot. Question 1 is asking to RENEW the Technology Levy and question 2 is to RENEW the operating referendum. Please see the flyers with information about the "why's" and the tax impact for property owners with the renewal of these items. As it's currently estimated, it is showing no change in impact to property owners. There are graphs on page two of the flyer showing what the estimated impact would be as well as what some of our surrounding districts' impacts are to their taxpayers. LCWM's is minimal in comparison to those around us, and as stated earlier, not increasing.
In short, the questions are to simply CONTINUE our operating referendum and technology levy as we have been doing.
If you need more clarification or have any questions on this, please reach out to Superintendent, Mark Westerburg or any of our school board members!
