The gavel was passed to Linda Leiding, LCWM Board Chair, this morning at the closing ceremony of the MSBA Convention. She will now serve as the Minnesota School Boards Association President! Congratulations, Linda, and thank you for your commitment and passion for public education!
Sixth graders had a great time at the annual Mt. Kato ski trip yesterday!
LCWM Board members are attending the annual Minnesota School Boards Association this week in Minneapolis along with many other districts from across the state.
The LCWM Academic Decathlon team is also at the School Excellence Showcase!
The boys varsity basketball team won our hard fought victory tonight over Loyola on the road 75-66.
Our four new School Board Members were sworn into office at last evening's reorganizational meeting! Please help us welcome new members Mike Maurer, Kari Paul, and Josh Sargent and returning member Ryan Jones!
The girls varsity basketball team defeated the Alden Conger Knights tonight at home tonight 79 to 25.
The boys varsity basketball team beat Madelia tonight 72-43.

The girls varsity basketball team beat Waseca tonight at home 55 to 33.
Due to the weather, LCWM will be releasing early on Wednesday, December 21. Secondary will release at 12:45 pm and Elementary will release at 1:00 pm. School will also be CLOSED on Thursday, December 22.

On Friday, Mr. Bosma's 4th, 6th, and 7th hour classes participated in Greek city state Olympics! They needed to answer questions on Greek history and participated in the long jump, locker bay dash, and softball shot put events!
